About
LuxHawk trains directors, managers and exposed roles in the cyber decisions they face every day: protecting access and data, recognising weak signals and keeping the business running through an incident. Real estate professionals and co-ownerships have their place here, with their buildings and their providers.
The training courses provide simple methods, practical habits and a clear view of priorities, helping teams build lasting autonomy.
A brand shaped by field experience
LuxHawk is the commercial brand operated by Petzerhiel S.à r.l.-S, a Luxembourg company active in the management of co-owned properties and office buildings. Arnaud Colin is its manager.
This activity is also informed by strategic and technology consulting work carried out with AC Consultance: software choices, operational cybersecurity, GDPR compliance and digital project management.
These experiences share one purpose: understanding how an organisation actually works, identifying its digital dependencies and passing on methods that teams can apply.
Digital hygiene, businesses and buildings
Small organisations handle sensitive information every day: access rights, payments, contracts, HR documents, personal data, invoices, bank details, minutes and exchanges with providers.
In buildings, digital issues also concern technical equipment: access control, video surveillance, heating systems, lifts, supervision, ticketing tools and document spaces.
LuxHawk places cybersecurity in the daily management of small organisations, SMEs and buildings. The subject covers access rights, payments, personal data, providers, connected equipment and service continuity.
The aim is straightforward: develop solid digital hygiene, provide techniques that can be applied immediately and help teams maintain a first line of protection.
In January 2024, an incident linked to the FrostyGoop malware affected a district heating network in Lviv. According to Dragos, the malware used Modbus TCP to act on industrial equipment. WIRED reported that around 600 buildings lost heating and hot water for almost two days.

This example shows why digital hygiene also applies to buildings: remote access, technical equipment, providers, network segmentation and supervision.
What LuxHawk offers
LuxHawk offers short professional training courses, notably at the House of Training in Luxembourg, for SMEs, administrative functions, operational managers, leaders, property owners and real estate professionals.
Participants progress through concrete situations, guided questions and collective feedback. This approach helps bring out the right habits, clarify points that need further explanation and anchor learning in situations close to the field.
Each session aims at a practical result: verifying a request, protecting access, documenting a decision, alerting the right person and maintaining service continuity.
Participatory learning
LuxHawk uses a session platform developed to involve participants throughout the training. Participants join the session space via a QR code and answer questions under a pseudonym — or, if the group prefers, the session is run entirely by a show of hands: the questions and the cases are then decided together, out loud, and nothing is entered on a phone.
Individual answers remain confidential. Results shown in the room are aggregated. They support collective feedback and help identify good habits, points to clarify and group progress.
At the end of the session, each participant can consult a personal summary under a pseudonym. Email follow-up is possible when the participant chooses to provide an email address. This address is processed separately from the answers given during training.
A sober and controlled approach
LuxHawk favours simple, controlled tools that reflect the requirements presented in training: clarity, proportionality, confidentiality and continuity.
The website and platform are hosted by Infomaniak in Switzerland. LuxHawk limits technical dependencies, controls the resources loaded by the site and keeps the architecture understandable for participants and decision-makers.
