FAQ
This page gathers the practical information that is useful before a LuxHawk session.
Training courses
Who are these training courses for?
The courses are designed for leaders, managers, finance, accounting, human resources, procurement and administration teams, operational managers and IT managers in SMEs. Two modules require no technical prerequisites. The module for operational and IT managers assumes day-to-day familiarity with a professional digital environment.
How long do they last?
Each module lasts three and a half hours. The three modules form a ten-and-a-half-hour learning path and can be taken separately.
How do I register, and what is the price?
Registration is handled by the House of Training, which manages dates, places and payment. The catalogue price is EUR 175.00 excluding VAT, with VAT at 3%.
Is the training in French or English?
Sessions can be organised in French or English. The language of each session is indicated in the catalogue at the time of registration.
Session format
How does a session work?
The session alternates short explanations, concrete situations, guided questions and collective feedback. When the group answers on phones, a questionnaire at the beginning and at the end measures its progress. Participants leave with practical habits they can apply in their activity.
Do I need a computer or any prior installation?
No. A phone is enough: it allows participants to join the session space by scanning a projected QR code. The trainer asks at the start what the group prefers, because a session can also be run entirely by a show of hands: the questions and the practical cases are then decided together, out loud. In that case neither the answers to the questions nor the decisions in the practical cases are recorded, and the group's progress is not measured. Only the satisfaction questionnaire stays on the phone at the end of the session: that is the one moment when an individual answer is recorded, under a pseudonym.
How are answers used during the session?
Individual answers remain confidential. Results shown in the room are aggregated. They support collective feedback and help identify good habits, points to clarify and group progress.
Your data
What data is collected during the session?
Answers to questions, practical cases and the satisfaction questionnaire are recorded under a pseudonym assigned by the system. This pseudonym allows participants to take part in the session and consult a personal summary if they choose to do so.
Can the trainer identify individual answers?
The trainer has access to aggregated results to guide the collective feedback. Individual answers remain separate from the participants' identity.
Where is the data hosted?
The website and platform are hosted by Infomaniak in Switzerland. LuxHawk controls the resources loaded by the site and limits the technical dependencies needed for the platform to operate.
What happens if I leave my contact details at the end?
At the end of the session, each participant can consult a personal summary under a pseudonym. Email follow-up is possible when the participant chooses to provide an email address. This address is processed separately from the answers given during training.
